If you are downloading with your PC where you inserted that entry to the hosts file, you will be able to download without problems.
If you are using a seedbox, you need to ask your seedbox provider to add that entry to the hosts file of your seedbox.

i tried to do that but after do it, nothing happens, still the same problem, too much time happened, there is no news inside? when they will fix it?

As you see @silversilva did what I wrote and it's working.
So probably you made something wrong...

i added retrowith.in 104.25.94.117 in host file, i saved the file, i restarted my browser and nothing happened, what can i doing wrong?, and why they don't put news about this, if i don't log in until they fix this can i loose my account?, they have any rule about disable account if i don't log in me?

need to do the following

Windows 8 and 10
Press the Windows key (previously Start menu).
Use the Search option and search for Notepad.
Right-click Notepad and select Run as administrator.
From Notepad, open the hosts file at: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
Add the line and save your changes.

add the ip and one space then the site name (only name with .) no https\\www.
