Password managers - Software that generates strong passwords and stores them, usually encrypted. KeePass for example

2FA code - 2 factor authentication. Usually an text message (sms) that gets sent to your phone that you need to enter in order to access the service. Just an additional layer of security on your account.

User agent switcher- I'm assuming this is browser software designer to make it easier for you to look like a different person so a website doesn't recognize you.

Multifactor authentication- same as 2fa, possibly has more than 1 layer though. Like a code gets sent to your email and phone number

Audiophiles- somebody with a good ear, able to hear flaws in bad copies of audio better than most people.

Account collectors - people who sign up to every tracker they can get their hands on

Bulk download- downloading heaps at the same time

    1) It's not. There's plenty of open source versions
    2) Whether it's open source is irrelevant. I could make a 2fa app and keep it closed source if I wanted to

I'm not sure what you're saying. Neither 2fa or MFA are inherently open source or closed source - open source and closed source are copyright licenses that apply to actual codes for individual applications, not the entire concepts. So a program made for 2fa or mfa could be open source or close source but 2fa and mfa themselves aren't either.

MFA is a concept, not a particular product or piece of software.

You will find code for some implementations of MFA / 2FA on GitHub. There are also many implementations that are proprietary.

Yes, Google Authenticator is MFA. Any additional requirement beyond a password for access is MFA. That could be a code (whether through text, a key fob, or an app), a hardware key, or biometrics like a fingerprint scanner when used in addition to a password.
