Any torrent website nowadays needs you an ACTIVE member, I mean you MUST visit it at least one at every short time, if you don`t you will get DISABLED so here is a way to avoid this waning

You may receive an Email i.e. " You have received this email for the following reason:INACTIVITY Your account 'xyz' to our website has been marked as inactive and will be disabled after a few days !n To delete this entry is enough to make us a visit and say hello

so what is required is to login to website and say hello in their chatbox, that keep your account and clean

Yes, that would do. Additionally you can leech a torrent once in 6 months just to be safe. I got warned in LearnedFlakes for not leeching anything. And, of course once in a while login is must.

Maybe, But I contacted them, and they said they did it manually for not being active or leeching anything.

I hope 6 months turned to a standard; hd-torrents sends warn after 90 days

There are no examples, if you want to stay on the tracker, seed away as long as possible.
With rare exceptions, I always distribute 24/7.
You need to have at least one torrent from each tracker on which you are.
