VPN = Country IP change ?

    Hey guys.

I just started using Private Internet Access (PIA) VPN with my trackers a few weeks ago, and I was wondering if it'll be a problem if I change my ip location (say from Canada to Netherlands) Is this considered a country ip change and will I get banned for it?

Ps: I used the same city & country of my home ip in the VPN settings everytime I used trackers.

    Thank you.

Each private tracker has their own rules which you must abide by or else you risk getting banned. For example, I remember back in 2010-2011 when I was on what.cd there as an ongoing issue with using VPN's. What.cd did not want you to browse the site using a VPN. Seeding/Leeching over VPN was just fine, just not browsing, so you have to be really careful and make sure to fully understand that site/tracker's rules and policies--as well as where to go should something happen (and profusely apologize, and promise that whatever you may have did (or didn't do) that you will never do again (or always) )...lol.

If the tracker is ok with you using VPN for seeding, then what will happen if you d/c is just that, you will reconnect with a new IP/country and provided there are no speed/routing issues you should be fine. In fact, sometimes changing the VPN gateway location immensely helps with seeding/leeching bandwidth issues--but just make sure you can use VPN in the first place. You don't want that new account you worked so hard to get invited to to be pulled from under you...or in my case I had to take a full on TEST to get my what.cd credentials--I had to straight up prove my audio knowledge..that was fun and challenging--but you know what?--it made you respect the integrity and quality of that tracker.

Anyway, sorry kinda went off subject there, but hope that helps.
