I know some programs which I can't really find in google, neighter on any public / private tracker. Do you think that's because I haven't found the right source yet or it means that the items are not leaked / cracked yet?

Most likely it means that you've haven't found the right source (depends on how many trackers you're on). What program is it?

You can also make requests on trackers. On some you can offer upload/bonus points as a reward.
