It's not an exact sum. If you're a donor you can ask for invites or you might receive some without asking. Most of the trackers offer invites for donations. A better question would be: on what trackers do you receive invites only by donating? The answer would be: FTN, TT, fux0r, SCC, GFT, M-V...
