My first private tracker was torrenting, which is always open signup and a sister site of IPT. Only difference between the two is IPT has more content but it will help you learn maintaining a ratio, seeding, uploading (if you’re brave lol) and actively playing a role in the trackers community (forums, IRC etc.)
