Tracker Security
This is a question were I would like an opinion or a wise answer
I just started to join in private trackers such as: IpTorrents, Beyondhd, Speed.cd, Digitalhive.org, ebookvortex and hdfrench-zone.
My question now is, how secure I am downloading with Utorrent from these trackers?
Before to answer I would like to remind you that this is my setup:
- I virtualized a desktop machine on a ESXi server (pretty much it became my personal seedbox)
- I'm using utorrent 1.8.5
- I joined in Btguard.com and I use their server proxies, with DISABLED:
DHT network
DHT for new torrent
disabled local peer discovery
disabled peer exchange
disabled local peer bandwith
Disabled UPnp Port mapping
Disabled NAT-PMP port mapping
and ENABLED only!
Authentication (through BtGuard)
Resolve hostnames through proxy (through BtGuard)
Use proxy server for peer-to-peer connections (through BtGuard)
Ask tracker for scrape information
ENABLED Outgoing Protocol Encryption
- I have peerblock up and running all the time
Please Give me your opinion if I am Anonymous enough, or if I need more securities
Thank you so much
