What is the minimum time you need to seed each torrent?

What is a Hit and Run?

How many members accounts are allowed on one IP address?

What is the minimum acceptable overall ratio?

These trackers are very strange, I managed to register when the registration was open, but I didn't have time to download anything and after 3-5 days I was banned. this is what most Chinese people do in the main.
