Lost access to Xthor :(

Hello friends,I've been Xthor user for years with a ratio of around 50 iirc. Few weeks ago I've tried to login as my seedbox returned me an error. And I was not able to .I've tried to remember if I changed something to my account, I can't remember if I did and feel like it could be the password but I always use a password manager so it's weird I don't have if if it's the case. I wonder if I changed anything else, but pretty sure I did not.Few years ago they disabled my account for inactivity but I was able to reach them by email. I've tried to send them a mail using the same address, few weeks ago, but no answer so far .I still have my old API key, maybe I can try something to recover my account from it?Xthor was amazing to me, really loved it, and it's heartbreaking to loose this access. Any help would be welcome. Thank you so much!

Same thing happened to me today, I have been a member for 15 years +. Just lost access, and i am currently seeding some torrents too.
I don't think we will regain access. It s sad. You re not alone though
