Recommend a good tracker for VG music (OSTs, rips, arrange, etc.)

    Hey all, what's up?

As you may know, ever since the whole MU bust mess which has spooked many other cyberlockers as well, msg boards communities that focused on sharing video game music have almost frozen over and lost much of their stored archives. What's worse, ppl are now very reluctant to find another locker and get back in the swing of things since you never know when the same thing might happen again to some other locker, so these old and established groups are sadly slowly falling apart. The traditional (and more ethical/community-driven too IMO) p2p sharing solution of torrents seems like a bit safer an option, at least for now, but it's a "scene" I personally never really had to look into, public indexers/trackers excepted, so this is where you come in.

I know there's a couple of very prominent/popular trackers for games (BCG and BG) that are a bit hard to get into, but before I even started trying to get an invite, I'd appreciate any feedback you might have on how exactly they fare specifically regarding their selection of quality VGM torrents. Which one's bigger? Which one's rips do you find to be of better bitrate/quality? Is there some third option VGM lovers should turn to instead (say, some more generic music-oriented tracker)?

Any input from members with experience in this would be very helpful, so thanks in advance for your comments and see ya around.
    P.

Underground-Gamer has two categories for games music. You should check it out. Free signup atm btw.

BitGamer also has a music section but a less number of torrents than U-G (around 500).

Thanks for the suggestion, srn. Went and signed up again (last acct. got pruned due to inactivity - seems to be a running theme with me :/) and they do indeed boast quite a healthy assortment of VGM torrents. UG's been serving my immediate needs quite well (although their seeders are borderline sufficient to do the job at times), but I'd still be interested in hearing from ppl registered with BCG/BG about those places' collections just in case I want to hunt down some even harder to find stuff/collections later. Cheers.

I've already told you about BG (check the post above you).

BCG has the same amount of torrents like BG: around 500 in the Game OST section.
