Over some time, I have been disabled at a few trackers due to inactivity only, but two or three have denied me. I am moving to another country in a few weeks for work. If I make a new account over there, would I be able to use my old accounts on other trackers without trouble?

Such as: I have been disabled at tracker A. I move away. I make a new account for tracker A. I use trackers B, C and D with my old established accounts. Could they ban me if they can tell who I am?

It's confusing but I hope you can understand what I am trying to say.
