After that you have to install an app called Resilio in your seedbox control panel.
You can download this program to your machine.

1-In your machine you open Resilio
2-click in the '+' icon and then 'Share File'
3-select the folder of your course of your computer
4-click 'Open' and then 'Copy' to get the key
5-In your Resilio's seedbox click in '+'
6-Enter a Key or link' and paste the key
7-select the local to be transferred (home -> seedbox -> torrents -> rtorrent)
8-click in 'Open' to transfer.
9-You create a torrent file with the tracker's announce url (that appears in the upload page) and upload the torrent file on learnflakes.
