Sure, ADC sends me a new password that won't "match our records" as well as any old password I could use.

Oh, I've found what was wrong - copy-paste. You have to type it manually.

Set a strong password in the settings. The ones that are generated by adc are not strong. I use lastpass to generate strong passwords (>20 chars).
