There's nothing you can do when it comes to BP GA , if you gave them to unknown(new members) they could be staff members also just waiting to get your id to ban you.
Give BP Only to Trusted Members , Who have been around for a while at TI.org

I never had problem giving away bonus for scihd but only to senior/trusted members
