i was hoping to get hold of someone of the MNV staff through this forum.
Since i returned from vacation this week my 13 year old MNV account has been deactivated. With all the preparations before vacation i forgot to "park" it so it wouldn't reach the threshold before it gets deactivated due to inactivity.

The MNV IRC Channel where I was hoping to contact the staff to ask if they can reactivate my account returns a "502 Bad Gateway" Nginx error.

I am scared to lose that well established and old account that I have been catering so long

Can someone help?
