IPT definitely has one of the harshest requirements for seeding with the 336 hours. It's really annoying because I'll seed a torrent for 336 hours that no one else has bothered to download, that has plenty of other seeders, and I want to keep my queue and bandwidth open. But then I get an HnR notice because I was actually just shy of a few hours or so and I have to run it again. So anymore I'll at least let it seed for 3 weeks unless it has low seed numbers.

I think ANY nexus tracker default seeding is 24 hour
torrentleech is wrong.
From their wiki:
Seed a torrent to at least 1:1 ratio
Seed a torrent for at least the minimum time required for your class in total. Be aware that seeding time only counts for fully completed torrents (downloaded 100%).
Not following this rule will trigger a reminder and eventually an account warning, which in turn can lead to your account being disabled. Read more about these below.
How long do I have to seed a torrent?
The time you have to seed a torrent for varies per user class. The so called seeding time only goes into effect on torrents you have downloaded fully. Partially downloaded torrents will never accrue seeding time and need to be seeded 1:1.

Bithumen is 24 hours seeding time and you even can delete the torrent before 24 hours without any warnings but that's not cool
