Files need to be seeded to 1.0+ ratio or for 72 hours after completion whether or not there are any current leechers. If after 72 hours with no takers you have not reached 1.0 ratio, pm a Mod and a note will be made. If you fail to do this, it will be considered a hit and run.
A required seeding time is one thing, monitoring it for HnR is another. I don't think TD is actually monitoring HnRs right now.

The minimum seeding time required for each torrent is 48 hours, which must be achieved in the first week after the torrent is completed. Also make sure you seed a torrent for at least 2-3 hours immediately after finishing the download.

Seed all torrents for a total of 72 hours or a 1:1 ratio. Seeding only begins after you finish downloading 100% of the torrent. You have 10 days to meet this requirement

It is easier to remember the trackers which does not have hit and run system, than the opposite.

Hit and Run
You must seed each torrent, only matter "free torrent" the category you download from, for 48 hours or 1:1 on the amount of data you downloaded. These 48 hours do not need to be completed in a row, but it is must be that you seed this much within one week of snatching the torrent.
The rule is only applied to free torrents. If a torrent is not free, you will not have any problems.
You have to meet one of the following two conditions:
1. keep seeding until the ratio (of the specific free torrent) becomes 1.0 or more
2. keep seeding 48 hours
Once you complete a download job, you have 7 days to achieve one of the two goals.
It's not automatically checked by the system because we don't want to enforce it.
You will have problems only if your H&R behavior is observed by so many people that they report you.
Added m-team and removed some dead trackers.
We could create a separate list for no h&r trackers.
