Minimum Seeding Requirements per tracker

You can stop a torrent immediately after downloading it.
Don't forget the 0.70 overall ratio requirement though.

You're recommended and encouraged to seed for as long as you possibly can but if you have a global health ratio, you're good.

Seed every torrent to at least 120 hours (no need to be contiguous).

AnimeTorrent

Hit-and-run system does not currently work. It is decided by the moderators basing on your history

1:1 requirement for overall (Global) torrents, not per torrent wise.

Nostalgic

There is no hit and run really, only ratio watch. The system will warn you when you ratio is too low.

If you download a torrent, then you have to fill up to 1 (100%) or 2 days of seed time!

PlayBits

Keep seeding for as long as you can, while maintaining a ratio above 0.70 and should be fine.

The seeding time is 72 h or 1:1 ratio

There aren't any. Nor are there any automatic penalties. It's your community, act accordingly. That said if the staff does see constant abuse of the system by specific users, it'll get a response.
