i have seen that list and have had a look but it seems rather challenging to find out whether a tracker has RARed or unRARed content which is my main gripe with most of them.

HD trackers have both, TV and Movies. And I don’t remember seeing .rar content on any of the ones I have.
To be honest, on the great majority of the ones I’m at, the main focus is on movies, but you can still find good quality series.

As for TV specific ones, I’d also recommend MTV as The Night said. They are the best accessible tracker around. To me they will only lose to BTN, which is almost impossible to get in.
