    I suppose if it is clearly written that only English trackers are accepted then I would say no.

    If you are really stuck for English trackers browse through the Open Trackers section and spend some time building ratios.

    I looked in the reviews but I did not find anything
    TL, IPT, TD & AR are all English I believe. Though I would be careful using TD and IPT as proofs.. they aren't very reputable.
