I think it's not a reason to band, the IPs change, even within the same ISP, I was never a band used more than one seedbox, but I think it depends more on the tracker, so if you have doubts about any of them, that I do not I would risk.
Anyway looking objectively the use of a seedbox I think it is beneficial for both the tracker and for the users, for the speed and permanence of the torrents online ... Some time ago, if you had a seedbox, it had to be declared, today I understand not...
This is extracted for a tracker ... refers to a seedbox:
Is using a seedbox allowed?
Yes, it is. You do not need to report seedboxes anymore. We know they are shared ips unless you have a server, regardless we don't need to know. Just use them. While seedboxes are shared ips, you CANNOT share your actual seedbox with another member. This would allow you each to see eachother's passkey and that is not safe or allowed. If you have a server you can share so long as you each have your own log ins and different ports.
