@TraderBoss this is very common question among all pirates & you haven't broken any rules by asking it.

Yes you can join tracker again if you got banned, for it you just need to change IP (with dynamic restarting modem will be enough, yet check IP before & after via wimi.com), mail, different username & cleaning your browser (site preference, cookies etc) well, you can also use/install different browser (while installation for new browser don't import anything from old when asked). Reinstalling OS will remove all traces but it will be really time consuming & don't require for low level trackers, it may be additional safe for high level but really don't required if you know how to clean up browser & other traces from you PC (cCleaner is quiet handy)

To be safe while member at TI - Don't ever use TI username on any tracker & never tell anyone about it. Try to take some time before inviting any new TI member as old & members with good stand (good reputation points & feedbacks) are shipmates but new members can be anyone, I prefer to wait until new member contribute something to TI (in other words until he become shipmate)
