I have two problems with the tracker

1. I can’t download anything I have error that acsses denied

2. My ratio is low how I’m improving it?

You should have been more careful and read their download rules.
Now considering your situation, try to see tutorials on their forum.

The best way to keep a good ratio on GGn is to download only freeleech,keep at seed for as long as you can, then buy upload from their store.

Private trackers have always seed rules. you must follow them or you'll recieve warns.

I lost my acces to PTP last year just because of a ratio management problem. It was my fault. and now I regret losing one of the best trackers in the world.
if GGN imposes for example 2 weeks of seed, you must seed 2 weeks minimum

I don't know how GGN works and I don't know how their shop works too. If there is a donation shop, look at it, and if you can give money or bitcoin or whatever, do it
you can check your problems via their IRC why not ? be honest with staff. show them you want to keep your account. Try something
