Sorry dude but you are asking for the impossible.
You should know that any traffic that will get out/ get in to you own computer will use your home connection.
Being it using an ftp client, a web browser, a torrent client to upload files etc.
So you will need at some moment to upload the movie using your home connection to some server or seedbox whatever you name it.
It need to goes inside that tunnel no matter what!
So you have three options:
1- Upload the movie to your seedbox using ftp/ftps using any ftp client, filezilla as you mentioned.
2- Download the movie from some other servers/peers that have that file and seed directly from the seedbox.
3-If you have some friend nearby that has a good connection you can hand it a physical copy to send it to your own seedbox!
