In windows press windows key+R then type cmd and press enter.In the new black window type ipconfig /flushdns as torrenthunter says and press enter.If and this didn't work then maybe its a problem with your ISP dns

If xazar method don't work.Try to accessing ptp or btn trough proxy.Maybe your isp is blocking them for some reason

for Now the Cleaner thingi worked if i had more problem then i will try ur way
