It was up for about an hour yesterday; its been hit by DDos, is it still down?

DDoS - 23/03/15

So, the past 2 days we've unfortunately been hit by a DDoS that was large enough to beat the DDoS mitigation. We have now moved to a new ip. It has long been propagated but in case you have the ip in your hosts file, please change it from 5.196.169.164 to 5.196.169.168. Happy torrenting!

Yeah they came back up for literally about a half hour yesterday then went back down n have been since.
