I have been to CinemaGeddon, I don`t know if there were a Freeleech concept or NOT, my friend gave me 1030 Cigars, I tried to use them to fix ratio through upload and download credit.After I pressed it, there were no chance to press again, please help me to raise upload credit regardless their restrict upload rules.

Note: I don`t wanna to try Cross-Seeding feature there.
