Here is one of the tracker has H&R Rules as follows:
Every torrent you download must be seeded for at least 7 days. You don't need to seed it for 7 days in one piece, you can be offline for a certain amount of time when you stop seeding and when you've not reached 7 days (e.g. you shutdown your computer). The time where you can be disconnected is 5 days, before it will count as H&R.

My question is what is meant by "The time where you can be disconnected is 5 days, before it will count as H&R"?
Is that meant I can disconnect only after 5 days? Generally I shutdown my PC daily for 8-10 hrs. straight and seed daily 12-14 hrs. straight (i.e. around 70-80 hrs/week). Does this count as H&R if PC shutdown time is 10-12 hrs a day? Thanks

That's okay, All of us do the same. As long as you're seeding every day, it's is good.

But supose for example, you went on a trip and your PC have not been turned on 5 days straight, this is the 5 day gap... and the tracker will think you are not seeding anymore and will be counted as a Hit and Run. But if you came back and turnned on your PC after 4 days and 23 Hours, you'll be okay and will be counted as active and seeding torrent...

From the description, I'm kinda sure it's a Unit3D scipted site, and according to the script, I believe you will receive a pre-warning after 3/4 days which is not a big thing to be scared of.

Hi, thanks for getting back. It's rule for "concertos.live" lol I thought that too it's 5 days most you can disconnect, but seems like some tracker has more strict rules so thought have to seed for 5 days straight with a bit small rest. lol

Yeap, Concertos is also an Unit3D scripted site. Like I said...

And for those, who are seeding from their home pc, none can seed like that, non-stop continuously like seedbox.

Oh I see (I am not sure about these scripts, but some of trackers interference is same so they must be using same script for sure). lol yep right, impossible to seed like that, though normal PC can handle such workload, but will slow down soon.

For big trackers, it's a good idea to use one seedbox, that work all the time seeding and have good speeds.

For this tracker that you asked us, you can download and seed some hours/day. But don't forget to seed 5 days consecutive.

You won't have any problems. It basically means that you shouldn't stop seeding for 5 straight days
