Can you recommend me German trackers with a large number of live torrents at the moment?
Sometimes open registration holders: ____________________________
Sites that are difficult to access: TNT, BTF
One more question:
Torrenting is heavily penalized in Germany.
For example, if the site is German (Firefox plugin identifies it as coming from a German IP), but I would use it from Hungary. Can the user be penalized in this case?
So far, I have known that the country of download within the EU is dominant.
I'm not sure about that. I did not plan to use the seedserver or VPN.

I like this tracker a lot and they are active with plenty of remuxes with German dubbed

The actual best Tracker is TS (TorrentSyndikat)

BTF (BitTorrentFiles ) would be the second best

If it`s to difficult for you to get an invite for these tracker then go for BT (Bit-Titan)
