my friend account got disabled due to inactivity but he managed to reactived his account via irc

When it tried to login i got this message;

I have copy of my registered username, password and email address. I've emailed them twice but never got a response back so doing a password reset is a impossible when they don't reply. I've tried contact via IRC but never had a response there either....i sat on it over an hour the other evening and not one reply.

As far as i'm aware my only "crime" has been inactivity which was unavoidable due to health issues. I'm annoyed as i've always been a regular seeder with a good ratio but i'm really frustrated at the lack of access and contact within Emp.
