As you look at title, I would talk about cross seeding, here are steps to do it

1- First download the content in any of your client in seedbox I would suggest qbittorrent
2- Now after getting the content take the announce url from the tracker, copy it and
Open Rutorrent in Seedbox
3- Click on create a new torrent and select the destination where you have downloaded the content and select the piece size for it and put the announce url and , check the private torrent checkbox and create it.
4- NOw wait for it to finish and save the .torrent file to pc
5- Now use this .torrent file to upload in tracker.
6-After uploading again download the .torrent file from the tracker.
7- Add that .torrent file to the qbit in your seedbox
8-It will automatically re-verify the files and start uploading it.

Note: don`t do that while tracker rules didn`t allow these kind of things.
