Use two different IP's, two mails, two seed boxes, two different usernames and never ever try to be on both on same computer ... Why would you want two accounts anyway...YOu could be invited to one account and other get on application...For example...

I think he wants multiple accounts because he wants to sell, or trade them. I never had multiple accounts, but I think you should access your second account through a VPN, so you should look for a decent VPN service if you want to start doing this kind of thing.
