this depends really. waffles doesnt reall have everything, IMO. i have beathau5 and with that closing, only What really caters to all genres, especially FLAC format. very rarely will you have "edm" genres uploaded to waffles, so i need to use what more now.

on a side note, you can really build ratio rather quickly on what, if u are willing to spend a little money here and there. filling the larger bounty reqs will help you in building that buffer or reaching the next user class. though i still use torrentshack, sceneaccess and trancetraffic to upload 0day mp3 releases as quite a few get missed each day.
