I am from one of countries like Argentina, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Srilanka but still can access the login page. So I was wondering if only the sign up is banned or accessing the website is banned.

Depends of the country , but yeah those countries are banned on SCC , that means you can't sign up and create account

Actually it's a better idea to go to their IRC and ask the staff. They might allow to signups using vpn or something.

This could never happen....and trust me I know

Yeah they wont allow VPN. They have banned many countries because of cheaters.

Banning is only for creating new accounts and still you can get old account and use it normally with your banned country IP range if you are interested in that tracker

That's not always true, unfortunately. You might find yourself banned sooner or later...

That won't happen if you're a good user. I'm from a banned country in RevTT and been there for 7 years. On SCC my country was also banned and I'm also there for 7 years.

if some one Buy Ip for example ( USA IP Not banned ) and used for sign up after that changed to banned ip ..
is that problem?

It could be ok , risky but could work , also if you donate for sure you will not have any problems...
Just that SCC , dont worth the trouble in my opinion , there are to many trackers out there
