i recently got invited from a good friend , i did not download for 3 days but was visiting the site to check for new movies ( which there was none cause i already had them ) , after a day or so i my account go disabled

and tips for recovering the account?

If you done nothing wrong then my guess is your friend did and he's playing dumb with you, how well do you know this guy?
