xbtit's all the script comes with 50euros/1st year subscription but xbtitdtfm is best script under xbtit (sites like hd-torrent, hd-space, blu-bits, blackcats-games have been built on xbtit source code)

u232 is freely available but if you want a modded and secured version it will cost 100euros - 300euros with minimum 1 -2 year support for modificatios
best example (hd4free, hon3yhd, AND best of all site under u232 was HDAccess but it is gone )

gazelle is also best of all but you need to find a better coder for gazelle , as it need a proper attention while setup (32 pages, desi.cd, apollo.rip are built on gazelle)

freetsp (the script used by freshon.tv) and bitspyder also uses the freetsp v1, freetsp is free of cost even the developer will not change much to setup a site on freetsp, the v2 is going to release in month on time,

bt tracker also seems to be good but less secure and need a proper setup

as you do not know much about coding and wanted to hire some one to setup a private tracker for can cost one time charge for Script + theme average 200euros-500euros.
