@samrl17 Generally no tracker allow vpn or any type of proxy. Many ban member on first attempt. Though now some tracker started to allow use of vpn but for that you have to take permission from staff (they will ask reason for it). Tracker allowing vpn or not can be found in rules/ faq or you can ask about it in tracker forum/ helpdesk.
