you cannot download if there are no seeders, it should be leechers i guess, yes if old probably less/no leechers, so make sure you don't drop your ratio below 0.3 even if you download old files, 1) jump to newly uploaded torrents where there will be lot of leechers, so you get uploads as well and hence will be able to build ratio, 2) try cross seeding( find similar torrents that exist in that tracker from some place else like public trackers download them and cross seed it here 3)look for freeleech torrents and one with leechers as well, so your ratio don't drop and can build ratio as well 4) if there is bonus system try and make enough bonus by seeding torrents long time and you can exchange them for upload credit. 5) so if you can donate then doners can leech as much as they want. won't be banned. Simple as these basic for any tracker.
