If your ratio drop below 0.3 you have 14 days to maintain your ratio above 0.3

ok if downloaded old file and my ratio below 0.3 ( bec No seeders its old ) and 14 days finished so whats happene !!

is there any condition for ( seeding Time ) rather than the ratio(0.3 ) ?
