Hi, I too don't know where the 2FA code is being sent to in order to log back into my account. I tried the irc but for some reason it says I'm banned from the #bhd_support channel and can't use it. Please help.

I don't know what you're asking? I tried the irc and it said I was banned. I've never used it before so I don't know what the problem is. Is there any other way to get in touch with someone from Beyond HD???
