I think any torrent user annoyed about it, HnR or what`s called "Hit And Run"

if you join any tracker recently, you are obligated to use their HnR system

but be aware if you download something and you didn`t fulfill the HnR requirement, you MUST NOT add the file again to the client because it will be given new HnR requirement
