Is there any tracker like demonoid? Meaning that there is no need to be active and no need to maintain ratio, just keep downloading? Because my upload speed is being throttled by my ISP.

I prefer the one with lots of Movies and Software like demonoid did, and I don't mind to purchase an invitation too.
