Korean site Club Box which was like a file-sharing network used to have tons of old niche Korean animations from 90's and 2000's but sadly it was fully shut down. Do Koreans have some very popular tracker which could include such content? I am talking specifically about older animated series such as ChaeChaepong Kimchipong.

for korean animated series I recommend AvistaZ it has korean contents. It open application sign up after a while so get into this tracker is not a big deal. check out TI open sign ups section daily. due to freechleech, double upload & bonus system maintaining ratio is easy out there.

tbh, I could only guess where to find such Content, animebytes might one possible source, they have a lot of anime Content, while I'm not sure if they also support non-japanese animes, U2 might be another one, I've seen Content like Rick and Morty, while U2's main Content ist japan anime. another source could be BTN, they have tons of tv Shows (including a lot fo Animes and non-english Content). there's also an HD Tracker for corean Content (HDCorea).
unfortunately all of them are quite hard to get into.
