Any tracker with free leech would be good. With free leech you can download which wont affect your ratio and can build up your account

Apart from freeleech content, some trackers will also give download discount on internal and large releases.

My first private tracker was torrenting, which is always open signup and a sister site of IPT. Only difference between the two is IPT has more content but it will help you learn maintaining a ratio, seeding, uploading (if you’re brave lol) and actively playing a role in the trackers community (forums, IRC etc.)
