For English subbed and dubbed anime, there are 4 main trackers:

    1) Nyaa.si: This is a public tracker, it is the best for airing anime and new stuff, because almost all fansub groups upload their content here first!

    2) AB: This is the largest private anime tracker where you'll find almost everything that you're looking for (including airing anime, manga, OSTs, complete packs,...), but, it's not easy to get into though!

    3) BBT: This is the second largest private anime tracker after AB. It's easier to get into and almost all torrents are well-seeded. However, There are some disadvantages of using this unique tracker:

    - Airing anime is not allowed until it's finished!
    - For the same anime, most of the times, only one release per resolution is allowed: 1 release for 480p, 1 release for 720p,... (There may be some exceptions to this rule)
    - There is a long list of anime that is banned from being uploaded here. This "blacklist" includes a lot of popular shows like DBZ!

    4) AnimeTorrents (AT) (aka AnimeZ): Like AB, everything is allowed here including airing anime, but they lack a lot of anime packs and the choice of releases is limited here, and they don't have enough dedicated uploaders! Also, they don't have enough quality control, and from my experience with this tracker, old non-mainstream stuff is unseeded or very low-seeded most of the time & even mainstream anime is occasionally low-seeded or not seeded at all! That's why I think they have to implement a H&R system asap!
However, I will say this tho:
    - AT is easy to join (registrations are open right now).
    - AT has potential to grow and rival AB & BBT.
    - AT is a must have and a combination of AT+BBT+Nyaa will surely fulfill at least 80% of your needs if you don't have AB!

For raw anime, you have 2 trackers:

    1) ADC: This is the best tracker for untouched DVDs and BDs anime. You may find some content with English subs here!

    2) u2: This tracker is known for its good quality rips and a decent number of untouched DVDs and BDs anime! They have no English subs!

    Good luck
