What you are asking for can be found on many fansubs, without the need for trackers to find Eps with OP and EDs mate..

but the trackers dedicated to the subtitled content of Rips: AnimeBytes and AnimeTorrents, ADC is only for untouched DVD/BDs and most U2 Rips are not subtitled
