I believe you waited too much and talked too much, the guy was clearly incompetent and you should've opened a dispute within the first 24 hours.

I'm not quite shure if this is possible, since you lost the dispute. You should open a case of unauthorized payment on paypal. Just say the payment was made without your consent. Paypal always side with the customer.

I have not yet tried snthostings, for there is better plans around. Nor I plan to do now though.
What is funny is that this ins't a case of "you get what you pay for". It was expensive, and their plans are not the cheapest.
