Do you have a dedicated server from us? Have you opened a ticket if you are having issues?

I have yet to hear a complaint from anyone with a dedicated server so I am not sure where this is coming from.

I will wait some more days and if speeds not fixed i will contact you ,but usally i am getting same answers

Problem solved i think .

just got a refund so great service in that respect, but i ordered a shared server but upload and download speed was so slow, but to be honest this was a 24 hour test, but i didnt want to wait til 48 hours just incase i ddint get a refund.

so far account canceled but waiting for money to arrive in bank maybe i will have to wait 3 days for refund to complete?
