The most important factor is that you use autodl, Deluge, a good tracker and the right torrent, but those speeds are even with an HDD disk achieviable.

You won't find any provider that offers the service you want, but Seed.st offers 50GB SSD on a 10GBits connection link, but with 11 people on the server.
